On the annual gross base salary in the hired candidate's contract. Bonuses, variable pay, profit-sharing and benefits are not included.
The search, outreach and qualification work is the same whatever the salary level. The minimum therefore applies to base salaries under €50,000.
You pay nothing. The fee is due only if you hire a candidate presented by Jemmo.
When the candidate's contract is signed. Payment terms are set out in the agreement signed when you post the role.
