The jemmo.io website and the Jemmo app are published by ODHCOM SAS, which operates the Jemmo trademark.

Data hosting.

The app and all user data are hosted in France and within the European Union, in line with our digital sovereignty commitments.

Intellectual property.

All elements appearing on the Jemmo website and app — including without limitation the trademark, logo, texts, illustrations, videos, interface, source code, databases and proprietary models — are the exclusive property of ODHCOM or its licensed partners.

Registered trademarks

Jemmo® and FreelanceRepublik® are trademarks registered with the INPI. Any reproduction, representation or use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

User content

You remain the owner of the content you import (briefs, resumes, candidate lists). You grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it, strictly limited to providing the service, in accordance with our privacy policy.

Processing of personal data.

ODHCOM acts as data controller for its clients' data, and as data processor within the meaning of the GDPR for the candidate data you entrust to us.

Legal bases

• Contract performance — providing the Jemmo service (account, sourcing, app).
• Legitimate interest — aggregation of public professional profiles for B2B introductions, in compliance with GDPR principles.
• Explicit consent — for the newsletter and non-strictly-necessary cookies.
• Legal obligation — accounting retention, fraud prevention.

Your rights

You have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To exercise them, write to contact@jemmo.io. Response time: 30 days maximum.

Retention periods

Cookies and trackers.

We use a limited number of cookies, grouped into three categories. You can change your preferences at any time via the cookie banner at the bottom of the page. Full details on the cookie policy.

• Strictly necessary — session, authentication, security. No consent required.
• Audience measurement — PostHog, hosted in the EU, anonymized data.
• Preferences — storing your display choices (theme, language).

No advertising cookies, no social network pixels, no third-party trackers for marketing purposes.

Liability & availability.

The Enterprise plan benefits from an availability commitment of 99.5% measured over the calendar month (excluding scheduled maintenance and force majeure). In the event of an incident, a public status page is maintained.

ODHCOM cannot be held liable for hiring decisions made by users on the basis of the AI's suggestions. Profiles are recommendations; the decision to contact, interview and hire remains the client's sole responsibility.

Limitation

Except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct, ODHCOM's total liability is capped at the amount paid by the client over the last 12 months.

Applicable law.

This document is governed by French law. Any dispute relating to its interpretation or performance falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, after a prior attempt at amicable resolution.

In accordance with article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, individual users may use the MEDICYS mediation service free of charge — medicys.fr.
